Knitted Baby Jacket with Honeycomb Border

Honey-comb border jacket: This pattern contains directions to knit the jacket shown. A cute little piece, for sure. An easy jacket pattern, sized for baby 6 to 9 months, with a long sleeves, a slight ruffled collar, ribbon neck ties and a wide honeycomb stitched border down the front and bottom edges. The pattern comes to us from Modern Needlecraft, vintage 1950.

Materials:
2 balls Lily Soft Spun Main Color (MC), 1 ball Contrasting Color (CC) ;

No. 3 straight and No. 3 DP Bates Silvalume Knitting Needles.

Gauge: 7 sts = 1"; 17 rows = 2".
