    The 1951 Designs catalog, contains 24 pages.   It was released in early 1951, ahead of a few of the patterns were offered in the newspapers.  

    The newspaper descriptions: Send twenty cents more (in coins) for our Laura Wheeler Needlecraft Book.  Illustrations of patterns for crochet, embroidery, knitting, household accessories, dolls, toys . . . many hobby and gift ideas.  A free pattern is printed in the book".    The free pattern was a set of two potholders in Heavy Rug Yarn in a Shamrock and Flower Basket motif.   I've listed this pattern as a Free Download, should you be interested.
