    All pattern in this shop are PDF documents.   Upon order placement (payment) a download link is immediately sent to your listed email address with a download link.  This link is set to twelve downloads.   If for some reason this is not adequate, just let me know and I will forward you the pattern by email.

    Now, sometimes (hopefully not often), things can go astray and you do not receive your pattern.   Perhaps it lands in a SPAM filter, or an e-mail address is incorrect, or it's simply lost 'in internet land', or a malfunction of the shop software. Should this occur, don't continue to wait, but let me know right away so I can get the pattern to you.  

    As these patterns are PDF documents, returns per se, are not allowed.   However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, let me know and we'll work together for an amicable resolution.
