Description

No 2777 Cardigan Blouse : This pattern contains instructions to knit, crochet detail, the blouse shown. The official description of this vintage 1950 pattern: "Dinner Cardigan – A formal in beige and gold, from the glitter family. Important deep raglan sleeves. To wear tucked-in or out with evening skirts. Buttoned in hold." The directions are written for misses size 14, with changes for 16 and 18 in parentheses.

Materials:

  • Spinnerin Star Time Dressy, 11 (12-13) 1-oz. skeins.
  • Knitting needles Nos. 2 and 4 (standard). English sizes 11 and 9.
  • Steel crochet hook No. 4.
  • Eight buttons.
  • 1 ½ yds. of 1" ribbon and 1/2 yd. of 1/2" ribbon to match.

Gauge: 6 sts=1"; 10 rows=1".
