With the vogue for enormous handkerchiefs or such wisps as can scarcely be seen, crocheted designs are enjoying a wide popularity as a simple yet decorative finish to an otherwise utilitarian object. Each of the four edgings may be done in little time, since they are not complicated, by a variety of stitches. A fine white chiffon hankie does a lot to keep the angora of a bolero from shedding on the dancing partner's evening clothes.
