Crochet Star Fan Doily Pattern, Needlework Bureau E-1150

Circular Fan Edged Centerpiece and Doily:  This pattern gives directions to crochet both the doilies pictured.  The design, in an attractive 6 point star motif with fan borders will measure 12 or 18 inches in diameter. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.   The pattern was marketed E-1150 by Needlework Bureau in 1946.   "A beautiful doily is crocheted in two sizes, 12 and 18 inches in diameter. The lovely star and fan design is easy to create".  The pattern was included in the 1950 Needlework Bureau Pattern Book.   It was also included in the 1962 Little Catalog of Just Doilies.
