Product Description
Chenille Cape and Bag : This pattern contains directions to crochet the set shown. The official 1952 description : "Chenille goes around in smart circles -- on a gently rounded cape with matching drawstring bag. Both are crocheted in alternating rows of chenille and metallic yarn." What the official description doesn't mention : This lovely lined cape drapes over the shoulder, sloping down in a gentle curve all the way to the waist, with a small rolled collar at the top. It can be assume the rounded curves continue in the front, however, I cannot attest as to whether the collar turns shawl, or not.
