Description

Little Girls Dress: This pattern contains directions to make the dress pictured. This is a cute little dress for our girls that are age 1, 3 and 5 years. The sleeveless dress -- jumper style -- has a squared neckline, low armholes and garter stitches between chest and waist level, creating gathers. The rest of the dress is worked in stockinette stitch. There is an included chart to embroider the dog on the bodice, should you desire. This is an relatively easy pattern -- beginning to intermediate.

Materials:

  • Bear Brand Lana-down, 2-oz. ball. 2 (3,4) balls.
  • A few yards of each of 2 Contrasting Colors for embroidery.
  • No. 3 knitting needles.

GAUGE: 15 sts = 2" ; 21 rows = 2",

Chest Measurements Blocked: 21 (23,25)".
