Description
Bellhop Jacket: This pattern gives directions for knitting, crochet detail, the jacket pictured. The pattern, vintage 1954, is written for girls sizes 8 and 10. It's a cute double breasted design, with long sleeves, high neckband and twin cables that run down each side of the button band. It is loose fitting and hip length; both features she's sure to love.

- Bear Brand or Fleisher's Casa Laine Sport Yarn, 4, 2-oz balls;
- Bucilla Plastic Needles, No. 2;
- Bucilla Plastic Crochet Hook Size 2;
- 14 buttons.
Measurements for Blocking:
- Chest – 28 (30) ";
- Width of back at underarm – 14 (15)";
- Width of each front at underarm including overlap 8 (8 ½)";
- Sleeves – width at underarm 10 ½ (11)".
Gauge: 8 sts = 1".
