Description

Filet Crochet Doilies: This pattern contains directions for three matching filet crochet doilies to be made in either fine or heavy cotton; the choice of the cotton governs the size and texture of the doilies. They can be combined to form buffet or luncheon sets or they can be used as odd pieces. Included in the pattern is a chart for each doily. The small doilies are 8 or 12 inches; medium doilies are 12 or 18 inches and the large are 16-1/2 or 25 inches in diameter.

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs. The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 522 in 1961.   It was earlier released under the Alice Brooks brand.
