Crochet Lace Runner Scarf, Design 2537

Crocheted Scarfs: The pattern contains directions for making a short and a long scarf. The scarfs can be made either of Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton or of No. 20 white Mercerized Crochet Cotton. The choice of cotton governs the size and texture.   Depending upon materials selected, the scarfs will measure 18 x 60, 18 x 38, 15 x 45, or 15 x 30 inches. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 2537 in 1940.
