Description

Crocheted Afghan and Pillow:  This pattern contains directions for making a gay crocheted afghan in flower design, using Knitting Worsted or a synthetic yarn in same weight. The afghan is worked in squares; after all squares have been completed, they are joined together. Use three different colors, three shades of a color or, if desired, scraps of many colors. A Color Chart is given in pattern.   The finished afghan will measure 46 x 67 inches and the pillows are 14 inches square. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and magazine.  The pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7370 in 1966.  It was included in the 1967 Needlecraft Patterns Catalog.
