Two Piece Knitted Mohair Dress, Sleeveless

Style 1769-118:  This pattern gives directions for knitting, crochet detail, the dress pictured.  This vintage Bernat design is a two piece dress knit in a Mohair blend.  The dress features a sleeveless top with back button closure on a high round neckline.  Two tone contrast trim border the openings.  A quite nice design as a set or individually.  

These directions are for size 12. Changes for sizes 14, 16 and 18 are in parentheses. 

MATERIALS  

• BERNAT MOHAIRLAINE (1 oz. Balls) — 11 (12-13- 14)Scarlet (M C) ; 1 each Black (Color A) ; and Gray (Color B)  1
•  pair each straight knitting needles Nos. 5 and 6  
• 1 steel crochet hook No. 3 
• 8 — 1/2 inch rings 
• 1 yd 3/4 inch elastic  

 GAUGE: 6 sts = 1 inch 6 rows = 1 inch
