Crocheted Doily : This pattern gives instructions for crocheting the doily shown. This eight point star centerpiece doily as a pineapple leaf border in a simple crochet stitch. It measures 29 inches in diameter.

This is a mail order pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 2622 in 1957.  It was also featured in the Anne Cabot 1957 Needlework Catalog.  

Materials:   BEST SIX CORD MERCERIZED CROCHET, size 10, (small ball), 10 balls of white;   Steel crochet hook no. 8.
