Pineapple Crochet Doilies, Large Small, Design 7280

Crocheted Doilies: This pattern contains directions for two matching doilies worked in the pineapple and shell stitches. Doilies can be combined to form buffet or luncheon sets if desired. Use either fine or heavy cotton.    Crochet the doilies in 3 sizes each small and large depending upon materials selected.   The small doilies are 10, 12, or 16 inches.  The large doilies are 19, 21, or 28 inches in diameter. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7280 in 1958.   A chair set - companion piece - was published as Alice Brooks Design 7233.
