Description
Crochet Butterfly Chair Set : This pattern contains direction to crochet the set pictured above. The motif has dual prime features. 1st, there is the delight butterfly shape of the chair back doily, accompanied with individual wings for the arm rests. And, if you look closer, you'll notice that pineapples are added as part of the wings motif.
This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs. The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5155 in 1946. The pattern was featured in the 1955 Anne Cabot Needlework Album.
Materials: 2 large balls #20 (300 yds each) mercerized crochet thread; Needle: #9 steel crochet hook.
