Description

Mens Tennis Pullover : This pattern contains instructions for knitting the pullover pictured. A classic tennis pullover design, with bold cable stripes down the front and sleeves, and with ribbing at the hemline and cuffs. The pullover features the bi-color stripe motif above the cuffs, bottom band and around the v-neckline.   This pattern, vintage 1955, is written for mans size 38-40, with changes for 42-44 in parentheses. 

Materials:   Bear Brand or Fleisher's Nylon Wool, or Bear Brand or Fleisher's Wonderized DeLuxe Sock and Sport Yarn, 11 (12) 1-oz. skeins White (A) ; 1 skein each of Navy (B) and Red ( C);   Bucilla plastic knitting needles Nos. 1 and 3;   dp needle No. 3. (Or, English sizes, 12 and 10.)
