Mans Pullover Vest Knit Crochet Pattern

C-313 Roger : This pattern contains directions to make the mans pullover pictured. Some may call it a pullover vest, or a sleeveless pullover, but regardless, this is a great casual design for the man. The majority of the pattern is crochet, with some knitting at the neckband. The pattern, vintage 1950's from Coats and Clark's, is written for a man's size 40, with changes for 42, 44 and 46 in parentheses.

Materials:

• COATS & CLARK'S RED HEART CROCHET WOOL, 3 Ply, Art. E.214: 12 balls of No. 420 Natural for Size 40; 13 balls for Size 42; 14 balls for Size 44 and 15 balls for Size 46.
• Clark's O.N.T. Plastic Crochet Hook No. 2, or Milwards Steel Crochet Hook No. 1.
• Clark's O.N.T. Plastic Knitting Pins, 1 pair No., 2 (23/4 mm. size). Clark's O.N.T. Plastic Double-Pointed Sock Needles, 1 set No. 2 (23/4 mm. Size).
