This shawl is so easy, it almost knits itself.  Really. 

Description

Stole 128 : This pattern contains directions to knit the stole pictured. This is an elegant stole, long strands of yarn forms a look of their own suspended between the knit rows. The shawl is finished with long tufts of fringe ... almost pompom like. The stole, as pictured is 55 inches, minus fringe. You can, of course, increase or decrease length, as desired. This design is a Selma Eagle original, vinage 1953.

Materials:   WYCO Knitting Worsted-10 ozs;   Knitting needles # 7

GAUGE: 5 sts = 1"
