Knitted Dress for 18" Doll Pattern Design E-1056

Knitted 18" Doll Wardrobe:  This pattern gives directions to crochet the doll wardrobe pictured.   Designed for the 18th doll (but, alterable for a larger doll), the outfilts consists of a jacket, a majorette styled dress and a hat.  Embroidery detail is included, should you care to embroider additional details.

This is a Mail Order Design paattern purchased through newspaper advertisements.  The pattern was marketed as Ellen Bruce (Needlework Bureau) E-1056 in 1950.  

Material: 3 - 1 oz balls Pompadour, scotch fingering or any 3 ply wool, 1 skein leaf green and 1 skein contrasting color for flower, 3 ply wool. 1 pr. #4 straight knitting needles 1 pr. #2 1 yd. 1-1/2" wide satin ribbon for waist 2 buttons, 1 for coat and 1 for dress.
