Description
Crocheted Coat : This pattern contains directions for a crocheted cardigan coat worked in a simple pattern stitch with a nubby texture. Choose to crochet in either the jacket or the coat length. The coat may be crocheted to whatever length desired. Use black or pastel or a bright color. The pattern is quick to crochet in heavy knitting worsted. The crocheted coat or jacket can be made in two misses sizes: 32-34 and 36-38.
This is a mail order pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs. The pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7400 in 1959. The pattern was also marketed under the Laura Wheeler brand.
