Hairpin Lace Afghan Crochet Pattern Leaflet W-718

Crocheted Hairpin Lace Afghan : This pattern contains directions to make the afghan shown. The design, issued early 1960s by Coats and Clarks in Leaflet W-718 was named Link-a-Loop and combines crochet and hairpin lace to form an afghan that will measure 50 x 70 inches. The edges have short fringe all the way around. The pattern includes brief seven step instructions on making the hairpin lace strip.

• 3-inch Hairpin Lace Staple.
• Plastic Crochet Hook No. 7.
