Description

Cape Stole :  This pattern contains instructions to knit the stole shown.   This particular piece is functionally warm as well as attractive.   It is knit in a rounded triangle form with tinsel knit into stripes at the front ends.  It is then nicely fringed along the outside border.  This is a 1950s knitting pattern design from Hilde Fuchs.  

Materials: 5 skeins Germantown (2 oz skein);   2 spools Tinsel (75 yards);   1 pair knitting needles No 6

Gauge: 6 ½ sts = 1 inch
