Filet Crochet Kitten in Basket Alice Brooks 6036

Filet Crochet Chair Set:  This filet crocheted chair set, made of unbleached Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton, may also be used as a buffet set or the large piece may be used as ends for scarfs. The pattern includes a filet chart for the chair back and arm rest, also instructions describing how the charts are to be followed.   The chair back will measure 15 x 16 inches and the arm rests are 6 x 13 inches.

This is a Mail Order pattern, purchased through newspapers.   This pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 6036 in 1938.  

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS: Unbleached Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton in (500 yard) skeins and a No. 7 steel crochet hook. (2 skeins of cotton will make a chair set or 2 scarf)
