Easy Knitted Baby Set Pattern

Infant's Surplice Set: This pattern gives instructions to knit the set shown. This is an easy pattern, knitted in baby wool or fingering yarn. The set includes three pieces; a jacket, booties and a cap. The jacket has a fold over from, from a small v-neckline with ruffled edges. Ruffles also edge the long sleeve ends; the bottom is ribbed. The booties and cap also feature cute ruffling. The pattern is sized for baby 6 months to one year. It is vintage 1953.
