Description

Two Attractive Motifs in Crochet : This pattern contains directions to create both of the motifs pictured. The pattern, sparse on directions contains two charts to complete the triangle motifs.     The actual size of the motifs are not given.   Note:  The pattern is written in all caps.

This is a Mail Order pattern, purchased through newspaper advertisements. The pattern was marketed as Peggh Roberts No 1290 in 1939.

Materials:   EACH MOTIF, USING SIZE 20 COTTON, TAKES ABOUT 208 YDS OF MERCERIZED CROCHET COTTON; STEEL CROCHET HOOK, SIZE 10 OR II;   EACH MOTIF, USING SIZE 30 COTTON, TAKES ABOUT 260 YDS OF MERCERIZED CROCHET COTTON; STEEL CROCHET HOOK, SIZE II OR 12.
