Crochet Mesh Jerkin Blouse Pattern

No 30 Jerkin : This pattern contains instructions for crocheting the top pictured. This design, vintage 1944 was part of a Woman's Day pamphlet. Worked in Knitting Worsted, this is an easy mesh design that is misses size 34.

Materials:

• CHADWICK'S RED HEART KNITTING WORSTED, 7 balls (1 oz. balls) of Yellow.
• Bone Crochet Hook No. 6.

GAUGE: One ch-5 loop makes 1 inch; 2 ½ rows make 1 inch.

BLOCKING MEASUREMENTS:

• Bust-34"; Length from shoulder to lower edge-22";
• Length of side seam-13";
• Width across back or front at underarm-17";
• Width across back at shoulders-15".
