Crochet Hat Ascot Pattern, Anne Cabot 5319

Materials:  Hat: 3 - 1 oz. bails Blue "Dawn" Worsted Floss or any Color desired;   Scarf: 3 - 1 oz. balls Blue *Dawn" Worsted Floss or any Color desired;   32 Sequins for Hat and 24 for Scarf;   Bone Crochet Hook #3.
