Crochet Festive Floral Design Centerpiece:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the doily pictured.   A pleasing pineapple motif with a flower enter and scalloped border.  The finished doily will measure 18 inches in diameter.  

This is a Mail Order pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  This pattern was marketed as Martha Madison 1151 in 1959. 

Material: About 600 yards of #30 Mercerized Crochet Cotton; use a #10 steel crochet hook.
