Description

Crocheted Doilies: This pattern contains directions for making a round and oval doily in the pineapple design with ruffled edges. They can be made of No. 30 Mercerized. Crochet Cotton or of string.  The round doilies are 12 and 17 inches in diameter.  The oval doilies are 10-1/2 x 16-1/2 or 16 x 24 inches.

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 961 in 1948.  The pattern was included in the 1950 Laura Wheeler Designs Catalog as well as the Laura Wheeler 1962 Designs Catalog.
