Crochet Baby Rabbit, Stuffed Toy No 5878

Crochet Baby Rabbit:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the adorable baby rabbit pictured.  The rabbit, created in double strand of sock and sweater yarn.  To the body, a dress along with facial features and a small bouquet of flowers are added.  The size of the baby rabbit are not stated. 

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5878 in 1979. 

Materials: RED HEART WORSTED SOCK & SWEATER YARN, 3-Ply: 2 ozs„ Maize; 1 oz. each of White and Pink. O.N.T. Pink Embroidery Floss for nose and Black for eyes; Black Button and Carpet Thread for whiskers. NEEDLE: Plastic Crochet Hook No. 4 ACCESSORIES: 1 1/2 yards 1/2" wide Pink Ribbon and 2 yards 1/4" wide Pink Ribbon. Small piece of Pink Felt for hat. Small bunch of flowers, 10-inch piece of Embroidered Ruffling, 1 3/4" wide. Dacron Polyester Fiberfill for Stuffing.
