Crocheted Afghan : This pattern contains directions to crochet the afghan or blanket pictured. This is a bright a colorful piece of functional art ! The 96 individual diamond blocks, each made in 4 different colors, are joined together to form an afghan that measures 48-56 Choose four colors of your liking, suggestions from the included color chart, or simple use up the many corresponding scraps in your inventory ! To go with the afghan, crochet another 4 medallions for a matching pillow. Joining charts of included for ease of joining.

This is a mail order pattern, which were purchased through newspapers and magazines. This particular pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 598.  The pattern was included in the Needlecraft Patterns 1970 Catalog.
