This is a Mail Order Designs pattern purchased through newspapers. The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 1746 in 1938. The newspaper description: "Match frocks with inexpensive caps in jiffy crochet. The top one has contrast in single stitch".
Materials: 1 (500 yard) skein of unbleached Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton and a No. 0 steel crochet hook.
