Turtleneck Tunic Knitting Pattern No 5441

The Tunic: This pattern contains directions for knitting, crochet detail, the tunic shown. "Interestingly striped, this handsome tunic makes a lovely topping for slim skirts or pants. It's quick and easy to knit in your favorite colors" Directions are given for size 10, with changes for 12, 14 and 16 in parentheses.

This is a Mail Order pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs. The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5441.  It was included in the Anne Cabot 1973 Needlework Magazine (Fall/Winter edition).

MATERIALS:   COATS & CLARK'S "RED HEART" KNITTING WORSTED, 4 Ply ("Tangle-Proof" Pull-Out Skeins): 16 (18, 20, 22) ounces of Baby Yellow and 2 ounces each of Lime Green and Rust for each Size.
