Trailing Vine Knitted Bedspread Pattern

ATL - Leaflet 6031: This pattern contains instructions to knit the Trailing Vine bedspread pictured above. (Sorry for the poor quality closeup shot; this vintage photos at times are difficult). The pattern is made up of strips measuring 7 inches wide (after blocking). For a single size spread, about 70 x 107 inches, make 9 strips. For a double size spread, about 91 x 107, make 12 strips. This pattern is vintage late 1930s from The Spool Cotton Company.

• J&P Coats Bedspread Cotton in white or ecru
• 3 double pointed steel knitting needles No 13.
