Azteca Pullover : This pattern contains instructions to knit, crochet detail, the sweater shown. This, rather traditional, sweater is knit in stockinette. It is hip length, with long sleeves and narrow ribbing at all the openings. After knitting, crochet motifs are made and then stitched to the sweater front. The misses pattern is sized 10 to 16. The directions are written for a size 10, with changes for 12, 14 and 16 in parentheses.
Materials:
- Columbia·Minerva Nantuk Knitting Worsted (2 oz skein), 8 (8-9-10) skeins Color A-5212 OR Knitting Worsted (4 oz skein), 4 (4-5-5) skeins Color A-5023 AND
- Nantuk Fingering (1 oz skein), 1 (1-1-1) skein Color B-11 and 2 (2-2-2) skeins Color C-5526
- Knitting Needles: One pair each "Boye" Sizes 6 and 8, one set double point needles Size 6 and one crochet hook Size H
Gauge: Stockinette St on Size 8 needles - 9 sts to 2 inches; 6 rows to 1 inch
