Description

Style 363-118:   This pattern gives directions to knit, crochet detail, the cardigan pictured.   This vintage Bernat Mohair design is knit in seed stitch and features a collar over squared neckline, three quarter raglan sleeves.  It is below waist length with big front buttons.  

These directions are for small size (10-12). Changes for medium size (14-16) and large size (18-20) are in parentheses. 

MATERIALS 

  • BERNAT ASTRAKHAN (2 oz. Skeins) — 6 (7-7) Jade
  • BERNAT MOHAIRSPUN (1 oz. pull skeins) — 10 (11-12) Hunter Mix 
  • 1 pair each straight knitting needles Nos. 9 and 10-1/2 OR ANY SIZE NEEDLES WHICH WILL GIVE THE STITCH GAUGE GIVEN BELOW 
  • 3 1-1/2 inch button molds 

 GAUGE: 3 sts = 1 inch 5 rows = 1 inch
