Description

Sleeveless Pullover:   This pattern gives directions for knitting the pullover pictured.   This design was featured in the 1951 Smart Knitting Serviceman's Section.   The pullover is an easy knit and features banded edges, v-neckline and is sleeveless.   The pattern is written for mans size 36, with changes for 38, 40, 42 and 44 in parentheses. 

Materials:  

  • Beehive Scotch Fingering Yarn, Patonised Shrink-Resist Finish, 3 Ply, (1 oz. Tangle-proof pull-out skeins). 5 (5, 6, 6, 7) sks. 
  • No. 1 and No. 3 knitting needles.  

GAUGE: 7-1/2 sts =1"; 19 rows = 2".
