Pineapple Crochet Square Pattern Design 600

Crocheted Square: This pattern contains directions for a fan-of-pineapples square to be worked i either fine or heavy cotton. It can be used to make bedspreads, cloths, scarfs mats and other household articles. Squares can be joined to form either an all over fan design or into groups of four, forming complete rounds of pineapples an shells. Both styles are shown in pattern. The square can be worked at 10-1/2 or 14 inches square, depending upon the materials used. Combine the squares to form a scarf, cloth, bedspread, pillows or centerpiece doilies.   Note:  Although I tried to improve, the materials chart is somewhat blurry.  

This is a mail order pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs. This pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 600 in 1960.
