Mohair Ribbon Cable Cardigan Knitting Pattern, Small Medium Large

Ribbon Lace Mohair : This pattern contains directions to knit, crochet detail, the cardigan shown. This is a lovely knitted garment with alot going for it. First there is the mohair, followed the the large collar and long sleeves. Not to forget those wide cables down the arm, around the collar, and matching with cabled rows bordering the buttoned band. And, look just a little further at the picture and you'll notice there is ribbon woven through those cables. This is a vintage 1960s knitting pattern, sizes for misses Small (10-12), Medium (14-16) and Large (18-20).

Materials:

• REYNOLDS Super-Cabri, 8 (9-10) 40-gram balls;
• HERO Knitting Needles, 1 pro each No.8 and No. 11 OR SIZE YOU REQUIRE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
• HERO Crochet Hook Size E;
• 1 ¾ yds. matching grosgrain ribbon 1" wide;
• 2 yds. narrow matching velvet· ribbon;
• 1/2 yd. seam binding;
• 6 plastic rings 1/2" across for buttons;
• 1 double-pointed needle.

GAUGE: On No. 11 needles, 3 sts = 1"; 4 ½ rows = 1".
