Mans Knitted Shaker Jacket Pattern

Knitted Cardigan: This pattern contains directions to knit the jacket pictured. A casual and comfortable design for men, sometimes referred to as a shaker jacket. The design, knit in Knitting Worsted, has long sleeves, a small shawl collar against a lowered v-neckline, 7 button front closure and two roomy patch pockets. The pattern is written at mans size 38, with changes for 40, 42 and 44 in parentheses.

Materials:

• AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY "DAWN" KNITTING WORSTED. 28 (32, 36, 40) ounces White or color of your choice
• Knitting Needles: 1 pair No. 8 or any size needles which will result in stitch gauge below.
• Buttons as required.
• 2 yds. grosgrain ribbon.
