Description

Mans Cardigan : This pattern contains directions to knit the cardigan shown. Quite a nice option for men, this cardigan design was popular in the time this pattern was marketed - 1940s - to present day. In other words, it is a classic. The long sleeves cardigan features front patch pockets, below hip length and a 6 button front closure under a just right v-neckline. It sports an allover rib stitch motif. The pattern is sized 38 to 44. The instructions are written for size 38, with changes for 40, 42 and 44 being shown in parentheses.

Materials;   Botany Terratones, 2-oz. skeins. 5 (5,6,7) skeins;   No. 1 and No. 3 knitting needles;   6 buttons.   (GAUGE: 7 sts=l"; 10 rows = 1")
