Knitted Vest:  This pattern contains directions for knitting a Vest of 4-ply synthetic worsted size yarn in four colors. Side button design includes sized 8-10 and 12-14.  

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 795.  The newspaper description:  "You'll reach for this easy knit vest time after time. Three color stripes set off a knit vest that's a comfort on chilly days - it has extended shoulders and side buttoning"
