Knitted Crocheted Turbans Design 690

Crocheted and Knitted Turbans:   This pattern contains directions for making two turbans that are tops in flattery - one in crochet, the other in knit. The crocheted version is worked in Knitting Worsted or a synthetic yarn in same weight and trimmed with paillettes. The knitted version is worked in Mohair. Small, medium and large sizes are included.

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 690 in 1966.   The Design was included in the 1967 Needlecraft Services Catalog.   It was also included in the 1969 Needlecraft Patterns Catalog.
