Girls Skirt Crochet Pattern Laura Wheeler 1170

Crocheted Skirt: This crocheted child's skirt is worked in string in a vivid or pastel shade. It is all done in a simple stitch. Directions are given for the skirt in sizes 4, 6 and 8. The skirt, an easy crochet project, is a pullover design.   This pattern was marketed as a two pattern set.   Pattern 1169 was a pullover blouse and pattern 1170 the matching skirt.    This pattern includes the skirt only.

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 1170 in 1936.   

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS (6 Years):  4 (200 yard) balls of yellow Mercerized crochet and knitting cotton;  No. 5 steel crochet hook.
