Filet Crochet Chair Set: This filet crocheted chair set is to be made of unbleached Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton. The chair back is 13 x 16 inches; the arm rest 6 x 13 inches. The design may also be used as a buffet set or and for scarfs. The pattern includes a filet chart for the chair back and arm rest.
This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers. The pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 5910 in 1937.
MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS: Unbleached Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton in (500 yard) skeins and a No. 7 steel crochet hook. 2 skeins of cotton will make a chair set or 2 scarf ends.
