Filet Crochet Butterfly Rose Pattern, Laura Wheeler 1309

Filet Crochet Chair Set:  This filet chair set is to be made of unbleached crochet and knitting cotton. The chair back is 12-1/2 X 16 inches; the arm rest 6 x 12-1/2 inches. The design may also be used as a buffet set or ends for scarfs. The pattern includes a filet chart for the chair back and arm rest, also directions describing how the charts are to be used.

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 1309 in 1936. 

Materials:  Unbleached crochet and knitting cotton (800 yards to the skein) and a No. 7 steel crochet hook.
