Family Knitted Cable Sweater Pattern, Teen Misses Mens

Family Set : This pattern contains directions to knit the sweaters pictured. Called the Family Set, the pattern was designed to allow you to knit the sweater for Mom, Dad and child. The only limiting factor was the sizing available. The directions are written for a mens chest of 40, with changes for a womens size and a boys size 14 in parentheses. If your size and interest fall into this realm, it is a quite nice, and fairly easy pattern to follow, featuring long sleeves, all the appropriate ribbing and cables that run down the front, back and sleeves. The design is vintage 1940s.

Materials:   For size 40 - 14 1-Ounce Balls Floss;  For size 14 yr - 9 1-Ounce Balls Floss;   For size 16 - 12 1-Ounce· Balls Floss;   1 Pair No.3 Knitting Needles;   1 Set No.3 Double Point Needles;   1 Pair No. 4 Knitting Needles

Scale: 9 ½ sts to 1 inch; 9 rows to 1 inch.
