Entwined Hearts FIlet Crochet Chair Set Design 1121

Chair Set : This pattern gives directions for the filet crochet pattern pictured. "A pair of hears form the Head Rest of this set; a single hear, the Arm Rest. A single sweetheart rose in the motif of this design in filet crochet - a rose in each heart". This pattern includes both the picture graph as well as complete line by line directions for the filet crochet. The Head Rest will measure 21 x 14 and the Arm Rest are 8 x 11 inches.

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Ellen Bruce E-1121 (Needlework Bureau).     

Materials: About 580 yards Bedspread (or knit-crochet) Cotton. Use a #9 steel crochet hook.
