This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 2667.  The newspaper description:  "Easy to knit, so nice to wear, this pretty capelet is an eye catcher with its criss-cross cable stripes".  The pattern was included in the Anne Cabot 1963 Needlework Album
